THE OPPORTUNITY

At Driscoll's Australia, our behind-the-scenes operations are what keep fresh, delicious berries flowing to our customers all year round. We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and numbers-savvy team player to join our Finance team in Docklands, VIC on a part-time basis (3 days per week).

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, takes pride in getting the details right, and likes working closely with others. If you're proactive, organised, and enjoy following things through, we want to hear from you!

 

Some of your key duties in this role will extend to:

  • Supporting the accurate processing of delivery data to create grower purchase orders and record stock.
  • Processing sales information to raise or update sales orders.
  • Maintaining stock transfer records to track movement between distribution centres.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices to retail customers.
  • Updating customer pricing on a regular basis.
  • Processing customer rejections and adjustments.
  • Assisting with the investigation and resolution of customer credit claims.

 

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and confidence working with numbers
  • Ability to work across different Finance and Sales syste,s
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Valid unrestricted Australian working rights
