Nursery Planning Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity to join Driscoll’s Australia, in a role that plays a key part in keeping nursery production on track and plant orders moving on time. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will support production planning, contribute to operational decision-making, and help drive efficiencies across our Victorian and Tasmanian nurseries.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating plant order processes across Tissue Culture, Foundation and Commercial nurseries
- Partnering with Tissue Culture and Nursery Production teams to meet daily and weekly production schedules
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of plant orders to meet nursery cycle requirements
- Tracking and reporting inventory activities, including planting, multiplication, packing and deliveries
- Monitoring progress against short‑term plans and communicating updates to key stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows and support production efficiency

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a similar coordination, planning or analytics role working with large data sets
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Power BI or similar analytical tools
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving capabilities
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
- A proactive approach, with a mindset focussed on continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- Valid, unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current Australian driver's License
