Nursery Planning Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity to join Driscoll’s Australia, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring nursery production runs smoothly and plants are delivered on time. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to production strategy, and help drive efficiencies across our Victorian and Tasmanian nurseries.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate plant order processes across Tissue Culture, Foundation and Commercial nurseries
• Partner with TC Production and Nursery Production teams to meet daily and weekly production schedules
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of plant orders to support nursery cycle requirements
• Track and report inventory activities including planting, multiplication, packing and deliveries
• Monitor progress against short‑term plans and communicate updates to key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support production efficiencies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a similar coordination, planning or analytics role working with large data sets
• Strong Excel skills and exposure to Power BI or similar analytical tools
• Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving abilities
• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
• Valid, unrestricted Australian working rights 
• Valid Drivers License
