Nursery Planning Coordinator
- Based in Docklands, VIC + hybrid working arrangement.

THE ROLE
The Nursery Planning Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of production cycles and the on-time delivery of plant orders. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will coordinate activities to meet daily and weekly schedules, track progress and support the overall production strategy for our nurseries across Victoria and Tasmania.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate order processes across Tissue Culture, Foundation, and Commercial nurseries.
- Collaborate with TC Production and Nursery Production teams to meet production deadlines.
- Ensure the timely delivery of plant orders to meet nursery cycle requirements, including TC deliveries to Pakenham Foundation and commercial production.
- Track and report inventory activities, including planting, multiplication, packing, and deliveries.
- Regularly update and communicate progress against short-term plans to maintain alignment with production goals.
- Optimise workflows to enhance efficiency and meet production targets.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role, applicants will need to demonstrate capabilities in the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role working with large volumes of data.
- Proficient with analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to responsibilities, ensuring systems for continuous data monitoring.
- Valid Australian working rights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
