We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Sales and Marketing team to champion our brand presence in retail stores while supporting exciting projects that drive growth.

This new role offers a unique blend of sales, marketing, and merchandising activities - perfect for someone ready to launch their career or if you are someone who thrives in customer-facing roles with a creative edge. You’ll play a key part in promoting our products, ensuring they shine in-store, and helping us maximise sales through outstanding presentation and activation.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our marketing strategies to life. From driving brand awareness and aligning sales objectives with market trends, your contribution will help shape our presence in the retail space.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Visiting retail stores across Victoria and New South Wales to ensure berry displays meet our promotional standards.
• Supporting and facilitating in-store promotions and taste campaigns that delight consumers.
• Assisting the Marketing team on brand activations, events, and campaigns.
• Assisting Account Managers to deliver Berry Patch campaigns, including coordinating stock and store requirements.
• Conducting basic in-store competitor analysis and identifying current market trends and opportunities.
• Preparing basic reports on market insights, consumer behaviour, and seasonal reviews.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
• Working closely with the National Health and Safety Manager on a variety of safety-related activities across our Victorian and Tasmanian nursery sites.

ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales or related field is preferred, but not essential.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or brand presentation roles within retail environments or supermarkets is advantageous.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite products and image editing software 
• Unrestricted drivers licence and the ability to travel frequently (40km radius from Melbourne CBD) with occasional interstate travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Customer orientated mindset and focus
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
