Communications & Executive Support Manager

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our leadership team supporting the General Manager and playing a key role in shaping how we communicate across the business. This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level executive support with strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing proactive executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Planning, drafting and delivering internal communications on behalf of the GM to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing briefing materials and documentation for executive meetings and external engagements.
- Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Supporting projects and initiatives that enhance organisational communication and engagement.
- Coordinating and managing executive events and forums ensuring seamless executive and positive stakeholder experiences.

- Substantive experience in a similar role supporting senior levels of management.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience in corporate communications or stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to travel interstate and international.
- Valid unrestricted Australian working rights
