THE OPPORTUNITY….
Our deliciously sweet berries are only possible because of the passionate people behind them. We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Regional Operations team in Launceston, Tasmania.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly. Reporting to the Southern Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in providing administrative support across all aspects of our regional operations, while working alongside a dedicated team of agricultural professionals.
You'll be involved in a variety of day-to-day activities that help support our growers, operations, and broader business objectives. If you're highly organised, enjoy seeing tasks through to completion, and are looking to make a meaningful contribution to a global leader in the berry industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders accurately and on time
- Coordinating any outstanding packaging orders and delivery schedules
- Liaising with transport providers to ensure smooth logistical operations
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date filing and record keeping systems
- Ensuring the accurate recording of invoices and financial documentation
- Assisting with site visitor coordination and contractor inductions
- Overseeing general office supplies and amenities to support daily operations
- Supporting the planning and delivery of site functions and events
ABOUT YOU…
- Previous experience in office administration or similar role
- Possess high attention and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint proficiently
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
