Planning Analyst

THE ROLE

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Supply Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and refining fruit supply planning models that are vital for executing our long-term category plans. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you’ll compile and analyse data to continually enhance the accuracy and efficiency of these models. Your role will also include supporting critical activities such as supply forecasting, budgeting, and tracking seasonal performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance planning models to generate essential information for supply forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Analyse fruit production data from various sources to update key assumptions and refine forecasts.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to maintain long-term operational plans and develop reporting tools for improved transparency.
  • Compile and manage annual budget templates and underlying assumptions.
  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor seasonal performance across products and regions.
  • Develop models to assess long-term supply chain requirements aligned with overall volume projections.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, applicants will need to demonstrate capabilities in the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering preferred 
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite, data modelling tools (Quantrix) and Power BI (or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Valid Australian working rights
