THE ROLE

Are you passionate about elevating brand visibility and creating impactful marketing content? Driscoll's is offering an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract. Based at our Australian headquarters in Docklands, Victoria, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, driving brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives, managing social media platforms, and developing high-quality marketing materials. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will assist in planning and executing coordinated marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. If you are a creative, results-driven professional with a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and marketing asset creation, we want to hear from you!

Your key duties will include:

• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring engaging and on-brand content is delivered consistently.
• Oversee the social media budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximising ROI.
• Execute digital marketing strategies.
• Create and curate high-quality marketing assets and manage external agency partners.
• Assist the National Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing ATL and BTL.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the global communications team to keep business staff informed and aligned with global initiatives.
• Develop and distribute engaging internal communications that inspire and inform.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, applications will need to demonstrate capabilities in the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline are preferred, but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience with creative design software and programs.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to manage budgets and optimise spending.
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
